Glen Froio - President

Mr. Froio is a founding partner of NorthPoint and is responsible for NorthPoint’s overall business operations in New York and Boston. Mr. Froio brings over 15 years of experience from the technology services industry to NorthPoint. Prior to founding NorthPoint, Mr. Froio held executive leadership roles with Stride and Associates, a technology services firm, including Senior Vice President of US Operations, West Coast Regional Director, and New York Regional Director. At Stride, Mr. Froio was instrumental in growing the business from $2M in revenue in 1992 to over $80M in revenue in 2000. Mr. Froio holds a Bachelors Degree from Syracuse University.

Mike Molaro - SVP of Professional Services

Mr. Molaro is a founding partner of NorthPoint and oversees the firm’s consulting services along with the strategic development of NorthPoint’s proprietary Solution Frameworks for Hedge Funds and Asset Managers. His areas of expertise include trading, settlement, and accounting for Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Credit and Structured Products. Prior to founding NorthPoint, Mr. Molaro held executive leadership roles with Bond Technologies, leading the growth of Bond’s New York, Chicago, and London operations. Prior to Bond Technologies, Michael worked as a Systems Programmer in several innovative technology firms including Bell Labs and Dun & Bradstreet. Michael got his start in technology as an electronic warfare officer in the United States Marine Corps. He attended University of Southern California for Chemical Engineering and received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ramapo College.

Joseph Amarante - SVP of Professional Services

Mr. Amarante is a founding partner of NorthPoint and is responsible for the successful delivery of solutions to NorthPoint’s Hedge Fund and Asset Management clientele. Mr. Amarante brings over 20 years of experience to NorthPoint with a deep background working in the financial services sector. Prior to founding NorthPoint, Mr. Amarante served as Director of Technology at Bond Technologies and has also previously led the trading technologies groups at Republic National Bank and State Bank of South Australia. In addition, Mr. Amarante has consulted for firms such as WestLB, West Merchant Bank, and Goldman Sachs. He began his career working for Information Builders, a New York-based software company, and received a BBA in Management Information Systems at Pace University.

Jeffrey Penner - VP of Business Development

Mr. Penner is a founding partner of NorthPoint and is responsible for Strategy, Business Development, and Sales for NorthPoint’s Content Solutions Practice. Prior to joining NorthPoint, Mr. Penner was a Director and Partner, responsible for Sales and Business Development at Bond Technologies, an international consulting firm with offices in New York, London, and Chicago. Mr. Penner has 20 years of experience in professional services and relationship management. He received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Richard Cooley - VP of Professional Services

Mr. Cooley is a partner at NorthPoint and is responsible for all delivery for the Content Solutions Practice. Mr. Cooley is a highly-accomplished results-driven leader with 20+ years of diversified experience in large, complex technology projects in Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining NorthPoint, Mr. Cooley was a partner at Austin Solutions, a regional consulting firm specializing in enterprise resource planning implementations in SAP, Oracle, Siebel, and PeopleSoft. Prior to consulting, Mr. Cooley was an Executive at United Parcel Service responsible for strategic architecture and developing UPS's tracking application. Mr. Cooley has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Seton Hall University.
