Glen Froio - President

Glen is a founding partner of NorthPoint and has been President since 2004. Glen is responsible for the strategic direction, operational execution, and continued growth and expansion of NorthPoint. Along with his executive team, Glen has led NorthPoint from a start-up operation to a leading provider of services and solutions to the Capital Markets and Web/Content Solutions industries.

Prior to joining NorthPoint, Glen was the Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development for Stride and Associates, mentoring and leading a team of over 350 employees across 27 offices and 18 cities. Glen was responsible for Sales and Marketing Strategy, Growth and Development of Senior Management teams, Forecasting and Execution against Sales Goals, and driving operational excellence throughout the firm.

Glen graduated from Syracuse University and lives in Hingham, MA with his wife and two children. 

Financial Services Practice

Michael Molaro - Managing Partner

Michael is a founding partner of NorthPoint and provides executive leadership to NorthPoint's Financial Services Practice. His areas of expertise include trading, settlement, and accounting for Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Credit and Structured Products.

Prior to founding NorthPoint, Michael held executive leadership roles with Bond Technologies, leading the growth of Bond’s New York, Chicago, and London operations. Early in his career, Michael worked as a Systems Programmer at several innovative technology firms including Bell Labs and Dun & Bradstreet. Michael got his start in technology as an electronic warfare officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Michael attended University of Southern California for Chemical Engineering and received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ramapo College.

Joseph Amarante - Managing Partner

Joseph is a founding partner of NorthPoint and provides executive leadership in NorthPoint's Financial Services Practice. Joseph has over 20 years of Capital Markets technology experience and has successfully delivered solutions to clients in the Asset Management, Investment Management, Investment Banking, Hedge Fund, and Private Equity markets.

Prior to joining NorthPoint, Joseph served as Director of Technology at Bond Technologies and has also previously led the trading technologies groups at Republic National Bank and State Bank of South Australia. In addition, Joseph has consulted for firms such as WestLB, West Merchant Bank, and Goldman Sachs. He began his career working for Information Builders, a New York-based software company.

Joseph received a BBA in Management Information Systems from Pace University.

Johan Glozman - Partner/Vice President

Johan has over 15 years of experience in end-to-end software consulting in various sectors. Over the past five years, in multiple engagements, Johan has identified, defined, scoped, and implemented solutions for multiple Asset Managers and Hedge Funds in the Capital Markets sector, across investment strategies and business functions. 

Before joining NorthPoint, Johan worked as a consultant specializing in software solutions, working with a variety of firms such as BISYS Hedge Fund Services (now Citi Fund Services), State Street Research (acquired by MetLife), Philips Medical, and Biogen IDEC to help solve technical problems with a business-focused approach.

Early in his career, Johan worked for general software consulting firms - Granitar Inc, and Kanda Software, Inc. As a consultant, working in various business areas, his roles included those of a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Software Architect, and "hands-on" developer.

Johan graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics.

Thomas Lee - Partner/Vice President

Thomas oversees client delivery efforts at traditional and alternative Asset Managers. Thomas specializes in designing and implementing portfolio and risk management platforms for large Multi-Strategy Hedge Funds, Fund of Funds, Family Offices, and Private Equity firms.

Prior to NorthPoint, Thomas was a Senior Manager at Bond Technologies where he consulted at clients such as Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, and ITG Inc. 

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University. Thomas is also a CFA charter holder.

Dileep Bhat - Senior Manager

Dileep brings over 15 years of technology and design experience in both the Microsoft and Java platforms. Dileep has built and integrated multiple systems encompassing trade capture, portfolio management, risk systems, compliance, and loan management.

At NorthPoint, Dileep drives the Agile Application of Lifecycle Management (ALM) methodologies practice focusing on improving software delivery and including the Confluence wiki-based knowledge management systems. Dileep spearheads the NorthPoint Associate Training Program for onboarding of new Associates. The Training Program prepares consultants in enterprise development technologies, business domain knowledge, agile methodologies, tools, and consulting practices.

Prior to joining NorthPoint, Dileep was a Senior Developer at Synygy, a leading CRP-focused enterprise sales force compensation solution provider. He began his career in the E-commerce Division at Distribution Architects International, an Arizona-based ERP firm.

Dileep received his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Passionate about Education, Dileep volunteers at Asha For Education.  

Shaleen Dastur - Head of Sales

Shaleen joined NorthPoint in 2004 and is responsible for Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management for NorthPoint's Financial Services Practice. Shaleen brings seven years of experience in working with both traditional and alternative Asset Managers in New York, Boston, and London.

Shaleen is a graduate of the London Business School Investment Management Programme and received her Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing and International Business from Manhattan College in Riverdale, New York.

Craig FitzPatrick - Head of Business Development

Craig is responsible for business development within NorthPoint's Financial Services Practice. Craig's areas of expertise include derivatives software, buy-side consulting, and general financal services. 

Prior to joining NorthPoint, Craig was Sales Director at Sophis, Inc. (Misys Sophis), Regional Sales Manager at SuperDerivatives, Inc., and he held various leadership roles at Ruesch International, a foreign exchange payment technology firm.

Craig has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York.

Content Solutions Practice

Jeffrey Penner - Managing Partner

Jeffrey is a founding partner of NorthPoint and is responsible for executive leadership in the areas of Strategy, Business Development, and Sales for NorthPoint’s Content Solutions Practice.

Prior to joining NorthPoint, Jeffrey was a Director and Partner at Bond Technologies, an international consulting firm with offices in New York, London, and Chicago and was responsible for Sales and Business Development there. Jeffrey has 20 years of experience in professional services and relationship management.

Jeffrey received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Richard Cooley - Managing Partner

Rich is a Managing Partner at NorthPoint and provides executive leadership for NorthPoint's Content Solutions Practice. Rich is a highly-accomplished results-driven leader with 20+ years of diversified experience in large, complex technology projects in Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to joining NorthPoint, Rich was a partner at Austin Solutions, a regional consulting firm specializing in enterprise resource planning implementations in SAP, Oracle, Siebel, and PeopleSoft. Prior to consulting, Rich was an Executive at United Parcel Service responsible for strategic architecture and developing UPS's tracking application.

Rich has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Seton Hall University.

Matthew Dorman - Senior Manager

Matthew joined NorthPoint in 2006 to help with the Open-Source initiatives within the Content Solutions Practice. 

Prior to joining NorthPoint, Matthew worked in the Media and Publishing space for 8 years at organizations including Advance Publications, Time Inc., and Fox News.

Currently, Matthew manages some of NorthPoint's largest client projects, having launched products for MTV Networks, Time Inc, Sony Music, Lifetime TV, Hearst Magazines, Rodale, and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. In addition to leading NorthPoint's delivery teams, Matthew is also extremely involved in the Open Source community, attending and speaking at various events around the country. Matthew has been invited to do numerous speaking engagements on Project Management, Mobile Development, and Drupal Performance.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Alex Hottenstein - Senior Manager

Alex joined NorthPoint in 2004. His role at NorthPoint began as a development consultant focusing on both content solutions and financial applications in the .NET development space and grew to encompass the management and coordination of all the .NET development in the Content Solutions Practice. 

Alex has extensive experience in working with industry-leading .NET content management systems including Ektron, Sitecore, and Umbraco. In addition to his work with content management systems, Alex also has five years of experience in the Learning Management space, two years in mobile development, and extensive experience in digital media management in highly-scalable web environments.

Alex graduated Cum Laude from the University of Michigan with a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

Brian Short - Senior Manager

Brian Short is a Senior Manager and Systems Architect within NorthPoint's Content Solutions Practice. With 13 years of experience across a wide array of technologies, Brian has a proven track record of delivering high-value enterprise projects on-time and on-budget.

Prior to joining NorthPoint, Brian was a Senior Programmer at CBS and at several startups. 

Brian has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Florida and manages some of NorthPoint's largest client relationships.

In Koo Kim - Project Manager

In Koo leads the Java and security development teams at NorthPoint. As an architect and a leader, he has been directly involved in the successful deployment of numerous enterprise applications. His areas of expertise include systems architecture, security, data analysis, performance tuning, and developing highly scalable, high-profile web applications. 

In Koo received his Bachelors degree from Harvard University and holds a Masters of Science degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
