Consultant
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Related Major
- Minimum of 2-5 Years of professional experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Technical Delivery:
- Provide strong development skills around a market center technology (.NET/C#/Java/J2EE/C++)
- Develop according to a specification
- Learn/Understand/Implement analysis and design fundamentals
- Guarantee the technical delivery of all work you are directly involved in
- Assimilate into new technologies at various client sites
- Learn/Understand to outline tasks and reconcile them on a daily basis
- Display ability to work with minimal supervision

- Client Management:
- Learn how to be “client facing” and function effectively in a client facing role
- Provide interpersonal and people skills necessary to ensure the success of the engagement
- Work closely with NorthPoint Senior Consultants and/or Project Leads to guarantee successful delivery of the work and growth of the account

- Sales/Business Development Support:
- Learn/Understand NorthPoint’s business model for account capture and growth
- Learn how to present yourself from a business and technical perspective when meeting potential clients
- Learn fundamentals of how to secure new work for yourself
- Assist in identifying and secure work for yourself at existing or new customers
- Assist in Promoting NorthPoint’s capabilities with client

- Leadership:
