Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery:
  • Provide project management and senior technical architecture skills
  • Maintain the relationship with NorthPoint clients and function as a liaison between clients and the NorthPoint team
  • Guarantee the technical delivery of all work you or your staff are directly involved in
  • Responsible for project profitability- On Scope/On Budget
  • Utilize the NorthPoint Project Management Methodology
  • Provide the leadership, interpersonal and people management skills necessary to ensure the success of your engagements
  • Manage project scope and client expectations
  • Identify, manager, resolve, and track client issues as they arise
  • Work closely with NorthPoint Sr. Project Leaders and Practice Managers to guarantee successful delivery of the work and growth of the account
  • Sales/Business Development Support:
  • Play a key role in NorthPoint Sales and Business Development efforts including:
  • Acting as tech lead on sales calls
  • Writing or assisting in writing Statements of Work, Sales Proposals, etc.
  • Helping to put together sales tools such as PowerPoint Presentation, Demos, and Case Studies
  • Work closely with NorthPoint Sales and Business Development team to win new accounts and grow existing NorthPoint accounts
  • Identify and secure work for yourself at existing or new NorthPoint customers (Be able to sell yourself)
  • Function as a NorthPoint Subject Matter Expert where necessary
  • Consistently promote NorthPoint’s capabilities with client
  • People Management/Staff Development:
  • Manage a team of NorthPoint Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Senior Consultants
  • Mentor NorthPoint Associate Consultants, Consultants, and Sr. Consultants on team leadership, client relationship management, client presentations, proposal writing, and management skills
  • Responsible for the continual development of your staffs technical and soft skills
  • Lead/drive the staffing of your projects
  • Lead/Participate in your staffs performance reviews
  • Compensation:
  • Base Salary
