Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Delivery:
  • Manage multiple NorthPoint client relationships
  • Estimate and manage budgets for multiple engagements
  • Guarantee the technical delivery of work for multiple engagements
  • Manage and work with NorthPoint Project Leads and Senior Consultants to manage overall project revenue and financials (actual vs. budget)
  • Maintain/work with Project Leads to maintain the client relationship, keeping the client and stakeholders engaged in the project including status, project issues, scope, etc.
  • Leverage successful delivery to identify and win new projects/assignments with existing customers
  • Sales/Business Development Support:
  • Participate/drive full life cycle sales process from initial sales calls to proposals to closure
  • Play a key role in NorthPoint Sales and Business Development efforts including:
  • Acting as tech lead on sales calls
  • Writing or assisting in writing Statements of Work, Sales Proposals, etc.
  • Helping to put together sales tools such as PowerPoint Presentation, Demos, and Case Studies
  • Writing or assisting in writing Statements of Work, Sales Proposals, etc.
  • Helping to put together sales tools such as PowerPoint Presentation, Demos, and Case Studies
  • Work closely with NorthPoint Sales and Business Development team to win new accounts and grow existing NorthPoint accounts
  • Function as a NorthPoint Subject Matter Expert where necessary
  • Understand NorthPoint’s full spectrum of capabilities and value proposition. Consistently promote these capabilities and this value across multiple client relationships
  • Identify and secure work for yourself at existing or new NorthPoint customers (Be able to sell yourself)
  • Function as a NorthPoint Subject Matter Expert where necessary

  • People Management/Staff Development:
  • Management/Mentoring of Project Managers/Sr. Consultants/Consultants and Associate Consultants
  • Develop next generation of NorthPoint Project Managers and Sr. Consultants

  • Mentor Project Managers, Sr. Consultants, Consultants, and Associate Consultants on team leadership, client relationship management, client presentations, proposal writing, development methodology and management skills
  • Lead/Drive the staffing of all projects you are responsible for
  • Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge in a vertical industry or horizontal area of expertise supported by NorthPoint Solutions
  • Strong understanding of and ability to articulate NorthPoint Solutions technical/business capabilities and organizational strengths
  • Proven ability to successfully deliver profitable projects with satisfied customers
  • Proven ability to grow existing client accounts
  • Strong client and team lead skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks
  • Compensation:
  • Base Salary
  • Additional Compensation Sr. Project Leader Bonus Plan
