REQUIREMENTS
All candidates must possess a strong foundation in Computer Science and have a proven track record of sound code design, reuse, and maintenance. Ideal candidates possess end-to-end knowledge of the content management and web application space, including performance and scalability, design and tuning, data migration, SEO strategy execution, CDN implementation, metrics and third party web services integration, and general knowledge of open source products and frameworks. The successful candidate will have expertise in general system administration in both Windows and Unix/Linux environments, database administration and tuning, and web server configuration.
SKILLS
· .NET development and concept of design patterns and OO techniques
· Experience using XML, XSLT, HTML and CSS
· Extensive WPF development experience is a plus
· SQL- Strong Database development skills is a plus
· Project Full Life Cycle experience with strong Project Leader, Analyst, Architect, and Technical Lead skills is a plus
· Experience with CDN and caching strategies is a plus
· Experience deploying web infrastructures in a high-usability, minimal downtime environment is a plus
· Understanding and knowledge of web development and CMS (Sitecore, Ektron & Interwoven)

Candidate will work closely with clients and team members to develop dynamic, interactive websites that drive revenue for our clients. Using a broad array of web technologies, candidates must appreciate both the User Experience and Technology aspects of a successful online operation and work with clients to define their requirements and shape their vision for development.
NorthPoint projects are delivered with 3-8 person teams so you are not just a lead, you are an active developer on each project. These are full life cycle projects that include Requirements Gathering, Design/Architecture, Development, and Deployment of business tools.
