Parade Magazine wanted to increase the quality of information it was capturing through its website. Parade wanted to create a more efficient editorial process and web publishing process. Parade was required to introduce technology into the environment compatible with Conde Nast corporate technology standards.

NorthPoint built a CMS solution on the OpenCMS platform customized with Java. NorthPoint provided Project Management and technical resources for development.

By implementing the NorthPoint solution, Parade has streamlined its editorial and web publishing process eliminating the need to Hand Code HTML to publish content. Parade is able to maintain and add functionality to its website as a result of the training NorthPoint provided to its internal developer. Parade is now in a position to launch new promotions and property concepts. Additionally, Parade realized 50% organic growth in website traffic in the first quarter post launch of the new system. NorthPoint´s solution was cost efficient and saved on expensive licensing fees which were not feasible give budget constraints.
