Regional Reporting, Inc. (RRI), a national consulting and insurance services firm specializing in loss prevention and premium audits, needed to develop a web based application for the dynamic creation of surveys and provide their clients with an online data mining tool that allows underwriters and loss prevention specialists to easily generate reports on and view the full range of their risks or prospects surveyed by RRI.

NorthPoint provided architecture and .Net programming services (ASP.Net, VB.Net) in developing a flexible custom reporting solution. We developed a solution that easily allows RRI to dynamically create different surveys and a data model to support the enterprise solution. NorthPoint developed tools allowing access and reporting on survey information over the Web. NorthPoint satisfied all RRI’s business objectives in the security model development.

RRI was able to meet aggressive deadlines for offering new services to its clients and driving a new revenue stream into the organization. RRI has been able to attract new clients and extend its survey tool into new insurance products.
