Michael Molaro
Managing Partner
Michael is a founding partner of NorthPoint and provides executive leadership to NorthPoint's Financial Services Practice. His areas of expertise include trading, settlement, and accounting for Fixed Income, OTC Derivatives, Credit and Structured Products.
Prior to founding NorthPoint, Michael held executive leadership roles with Bond Technologies, leading the growth of Bond's New York, Chicago, and London operations. Early in his career, Michael worked as a Systems Programmer at several innovative technology firms including Bell Labs and Dun & Bradstreet. Michael got his start in technology as an electronic warfare officer in the United States Marine Corps.
Michael attended University of Southern California for Chemical Engineering and received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ramapo College.
